Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agreed to adhere to the following terms and conditions.

All sale, discounted, coupon-applied, and gift voucher purchases are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.

We are committed to making your shopping experience as fuss-free and enjoyable as possible. Please read through the following terms and conditions before making a purchase.

If you have received a damaged product or the wrong product, please send it back to us along with your order number. Once the product is delivered back to us, we shall send you a fresh piece.

Some items are made-to-order and are not eligible for returns. The return and exchange policy for such products is mentioned on the respective product page.

Cancellations And Exchanges

1. What is the Exchange Policy on BLOCKKALA?

As a company policy, we provide return/exchange within 7 days only. Once the pieces are sold, they can be exchanged either for a different product or for a replacement in a bigger or smaller size of the same product (provided the terms and conditions are met).

We issue a credit note for customers only when the desired size of the product is not in stock.

If the product is eligible for size exchange, you may write to us at prakhar@hvexports.com within 48 hours of delivery to request an exchange.

Once acknowledged by the team, please send the product back to us yourself, as we do not have a reverse pickup facility. Please do not forget to take an acknowledgment receipt from the courier person mentioning the number of products being dispatched along with their signature and mobile number. BLOCKKALA will not be responsible for any lost shipment.

The cost of return shipping is at the customer's expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable courier services, as any returned items not received by BLOCKKALA will be treated as not returned.

Purchases made during SALE are not eligible for any kind of return or exchange.

Exchange can be done within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Please mention your name, address, phone number, email, and order ID on the parcel along with the required size.

Please note that exchange is allowed only once per order.

Size exchange is available. In case of a size exchange, the customer is eligible to receive a bigger or smaller size equal to the amount of the exchanged product minus the shipping/COD cost for both sides.

Store credit shall be equal to the amount of the exchanged product minus shipping/COD charges for both sides, with a validity of 20 days from the date of issue.

The cost of shipping both ways (reverse pickup as well as shipping charges) is to be borne by the customer.

2. Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your Cash on Delivery order within 24 hours of placing the order.

Please call us at +91-9672775293 or write to us at prakhar@hvexports.com to request cancellation. You will not be able to cancel the order yourself on the website.

Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation.

The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by BLOCKKALA and accepts the decision regarding cancellation.

3. My garment does not fit me. What can I do?

If the product does not fit and you would like a new size, please request a size exchange with the customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Our team will try its best to help you with size exchanges and alterations, subject to availability. In case the requested size is unavailable, we will offer you a credit note so that you can purchase another product.

Exchange/Return is not accepted if the customer does not like the material or color of the dress. We suggest customers read the product description carefully and view all product images before ordering. You may also contact us for more details regarding the product if required.

Our products are handmade and handled through various human processes. Therefore, slight variations in color, finish, and overall appearance are natural.

The colors visible on the website may vary depending on your monitor accuracy and lighting conditions. A 10–12% color variation may occur depending on screen resolution, device settings, and photography lighting. Exchanges or returns will not be accepted for such differences.

Exchange/Return is not accepted if the product has been washed or worn.

Customers may need to send the product themselves to our warehouse in case pickup service is unavailable in their area or for urgent orders.
